Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. To be eligible, the return request must be submitted within this return period.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it. The item should be returned with its original packaging, labels, tags, and any included accessories where applicable.
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, missing parts, or removed tags may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
Return Address
Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team after your return request has been reviewed. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may cause processing delays.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at info@eypolly.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue you are reporting.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can check availability and provide instructions.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping costs, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eypolly.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
