    Prices and Payment

    The final order total, including any applicable taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or fees, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders if payment is not successfully authorized or if fraud prevention checks cannot be completed.

    Order Confirmation

    After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request. Order acceptance occurs once the order has been reviewed, processed, and prepared for shipment.

    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time).

    Shipping and Delivery

    We currently ship orders within United States only. After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is usually 5-9 business days.

    Customer Address Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Eypolly is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

    Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eypolly.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

    Returns and Refunds

    Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order, subject to the return eligibility requirements listed in that policy.
